Job Description / Responsibility
- The appointee shall be delegated with his/her earnest capacity and efforts to check out the appropriate volume of transplantation and landscaping works to be done every month/quarter by collecting/processing the working level detail design & plans of the Landscape department and other technical & legal documents and shall do, execute and perform the accomplishment of the targeted work-done volume and thus prepare, present and submit the status of those activities to the reporting authority in due course of time.
- The appointee shall be responsible for accomplishment of a minimum volume of transplantation and landscaping work-done of the department every month/quarter complying with the prescribed standards of the quality & quantity supervision units of this organization.
- Status reports of monthly transplantation and landscaping work-done (MTW) of Landscape department along with their quality & quantity certificates are required to be submitted to the reporting authority by the appointee in the last day of every month/quarter.
- The appointee shall mobilize, conduct and manage all sorts of logistics and landscape materials required for the sites in due course of time.
- The appointee shall prepare, present and submit the costing and estimates, bill of quantities (BOQ) and calendar-wise critical path methods (CPM) of the transplantation and landscaping works of the ongoing projects and other upcoming projects to the reporting authorities in regular basis. He/she shall be responsible to show and guide the higher management regarding the projected time-schedule and monitory involvements in the implementation process of the transplantation and landscaping works of the ongoing and upcoming projects of the company.
- The appointee shall responsible to prepare, produce and execute all sorts of works, assignments and contract schedules required to engage the contractors and agencies for their respective jobs in clearly spelled and written terms and conditions and transparent mode of payments in accordance with the guidelines of the line management. He/she shall also keep and update the enlistment records of all the agencies, mansions and labors engaged under his/her department and shall forward necessary reports to the administration department for adopting appropriate security measures.
- The appointee shall prepare appropriate Action Plan for his/her team members and monitor the Work-done reports with due evaluation regularly.
- The appointee shall supervise the workmanship of his/her workforce in performing the transplantation and landscaping works.
- The appointee shall keep an eye over the construction and development sites round the clock so that no lack of arrangement may delay the transplantation and landscaping works.
- The transplantation and landscaping materials and labor shall be mobilized in the sites well before the scheduled time of the work to be started. The appointee shall delegate his/her team members according to the activity schedule.
- The appointee shall delegate his/her responsibilities among the team members according to their capacity and efficiency.
- The appointee shall be efficient in coordinating the workforce and the contractors and labors engaged in the sites.
- The appointee shall check and sign the reports and statements to be submitted to the appointing authority.
- The appointee shall maintain the attendance reports of his/her team members and other construction and developmental staffs and executives.
- The appointee shall prepare, present and place the material and labor requisitions to the appropriate section of the company in due course of time.
- The appointee shall prepare and present necessary recommendations relating to the transplantation and landscaping activities to the higher management.
- The appointee shall take adequate precautionary measures to avoid any sort of accident and had there been any accidental occurrence in the sites or with the transplantation and landscaping works, he/she shall take necessary steps to mitigate the occurrence as soon as possible.
- The appointee shall keep himself/herself physically fit for work all the time and shall maintain standard condition according to the Body Mass Index (BMI) scale all the time.
- The appointee shall bear the company prescribed indentify during the office hours and at all the time of his/her outdoor activities as well.
