To assist the Department Head in all legal matters and court cases wherever needed
To draft plaints, petitions, written statements, written objections, replies to show cause and all other drafting or vetting of the same in connection with filing and defending court cases both civil and criminal
To provide legal opinion and advise on all matters relating to land and real estate to the Chairman and units or departments
Drafting agreements and other documents in connection law and real estate
To monitor and supervise the works of all officers under Law Cell
To sign all agreements/tri-partite agreements between Companies and Client/Purchaser as authorized signatories of the Companies
To deal with the transfer matters of the units to make comments on the transfer
To give legal opinion on proposed cancellation of any unit of the company
To supervise the work of file room and maintain the archives and clients file of the company.
Submission of monthly report on cases up to date status
Any other job assigned by the management

LL.B (Hon`s)/ LL.M with 10 years experience.
