চাকরির বিবরণ/দায়িত্বসমূহ:
To prepare drafting & vetting of various sorts of agreements, Contacts, Deeds, MOU, POA, Mortgage, IGPA, Redemption of Mortgage, Cancellation of IGPA, Loan Agreement, Affidavit, Letter of Hypothecation, Memorandum of Title Deed, Personal Guarantee, RJSC charge, Legal Notice, Tripartite agreement etc. as provided by the Bank.
Ensure documentation due diligence for Secured / Mortgage based loans as per Core Risk Management Guidelines of Bangladesh Bank and bank’s internal policy.
Visit with AC Land / Sub-Registry Offices regarding mortgage / redemption deed execution, if required.
Physically verify the genuineness of various deeds / documents from the concerned government office as and when required in respect of concerned account.
Primary screening of land documents to protect fraudulent or misrepresentation of documents before sending to law firms.
Review all contacts or any other documentation where the Bank has committed itself.
Communicate with the Bank’s panel lawyers for vetting of legal documents.
Handling internal control systems (legal audit) to ensure that the set quality standards are maintained and duly observed in the preparation, closure and administration of agreements.
Provide legal protection and risk management advice to management especially on contract management.
Responsible for providing comprehensive legal advice to senior management.
Interpret properly and proactively laws, regulations, legal documents that may have impact on bank’s operation
Any other responsibility assigned by the Management

শিক্ষাগত যোগ্যতা:
LL.B (Honors) LL.M. from any reputed local or foreign University
অভিজ্ঞতা:
কমপক্ষে ৫ বছর
অন্যান্য যোগ্যতা:
Minimum 5 years related experience
Preferably enrolled in Bangladesh Bar Council & engaged in legal practice
Membership of Bar Associations; preferably Supreme Court Bar Association
Practical knowledge about legal drafting & documentation
Good communication skill in both Bangla & English (written & verbal)
Computer literacy (Microsoft Office)
