চাকরির বিবরণ/দায়িত্বসমূহ:

To provide an integrated and independent legal and compliance services to the company covering regulatory affairs, business compliances, etc
Ensure that the Legal services objectives are met
Ensure compliance with the prevailing laws while protecting the business interests and plans of the company
Provide Legal support to the company related to employee relation, Industrial relation as well as HR issues
Legal support to factory and other business operations in areas such as (various) licensing, industrial relations, import/export, company and tax law
Protect the company in the event of any legal / regulatory action
Ensure standard operating procedures followed by the company policy to ensure compliance minimizing the impact on speed of business operations
Manage any legal / regulatory reporting for the company
Assist and support management on relevant legal affairs issues and recommend accordingly
Liaising with government authorities
Any others tasks assigned by the management

শিক্ষাগত যোগ্যতা:

LLB/ LLM from any reputed University

অভিজ্ঞতা:

কমপক্ষে ৩ বছর

Labor Law, Land, Lawyer, Liaison, Regulatory, Tax Law

অন্যান্য যোগ্যতা:

বয়স ২৭ থেকে ৩২ বছর
শুধুমাত্র মহিলারা আবেদন করতে পারবেন
Members of Dhaka Bar council will be given preference
Having experience in Garments Industries will be given preference
Must have excellence in presentation skill and analytical ability
Can adapt challenging and changing environment
Good inter-personal & communication skills
Good team player, well-organized, initiative and detail-oriented
Work experience with buyer H&M will be given preference
