চাকরির বিবরণ/দায়িত্বসমূহ:

To conduct legal due diligence of projects;
To provide in-house legal opinion on various legal issues;
To obtain legal vetting/opinion in relation to the signing of Contract/Agreement;
To liaise with the external counsels in conducting different court cases filed against BIFFL and/or filed by BIFFL;
To coordinate with external legal counsel of BIFFL;
To prepare legal documents for the grant/extension of credit facilities and undertake legal recourse in the event of breach of terms as advised by the management; and
To deal with prospective Borrowers/Partner Organizations and work with the Credit team to get legal and security documents executed by the clients.

শিক্ষাগত যোগ্যতা:

Post-graduate/ 4-year integrated Honours degree in Laws from reputed public/ private universities.
Required minimum CGPA: 3.30 out of 4.00 for MTO and 3.00 out of 4.00 for Officer Position.

অন্যান্য যোগ্যতা:

Age Limit: 30 Years.
Experience: Fresh graduate.
Excellent ability in speaking and writing in English and Bengali.
Capable of multi-tasking with strong presentation skill.
Excellent proficiency in computer literacy and communication.

MTO: Tk. 60,000 (Gross) per month plus other fringe benefits
Officer: Tk. 50,000 (Gross) per month plus other fringe benefits
