চাকরির বিবরণ/দায়িত্বসমূহ:
The incumbent will be a highly qualified Legal Counsel to oversee the legal aspects of our business. S/he will work closely with Expo Group leadership positions to protect our reputation ensuring that the organization strictly follows all legal guidelines:
Give accurate and timely counsel to Executives in a variety of legal topics ( commercial laws, labor law, partnership, international ventures, corporate finance etc.)
Collaborate with management to devise efficient legal strategies.
Specify internal governance policies and regularly monitor compliance.
Research and evaluate different risk factors regarding business decision and operations.
Apply effective risk management techniques and offer proactive advise to all concerned business Units of the Group on possible legal issues.
Communicate and negotiate with external parties (regulators, external counsel, public authority etc.) creating relations of trust.
Draft and solidify agreements, contracts and other legal documents to ensure the company’s full legal rights and protection from undue risks.
Provide clarification on legal language or specifications to all concerned in the group.

চাকরির ধরন: ফুল টাইম

শিক্ষাগত যোগ্যতা:
LLB from any reputed institution
Enrolled as a member at Bangladesh Bar Council.

অভিজ্ঞতা: কমপক্ষে ৩ বছর

অন্যান্য যোগ্যতা:
Minimum 3 years of proven experience as a legal counsel in business environment.
Excellent Knowledge and understanding of corporate law and procedures and expertose in company law, Admiralty Law, Labor law are expected.
High degree of professional ethics and integrity.
Have sound judgment and analytical ability and outstanding communication skills.
Full comprehension of the influences of the external environment of a corporation.
Ability to create legal defenses and strategies.
