Job Responsibilities

• Primary Drafting and Vetting of all legal papers, documents and coordinate with Senior / Panel lawyers to ensure the documents are legally sound.
• Proper Maintaining all files and documentation with confidentiality
• Drafting and Typing English & Bangla as per legal activity & disciplinary activity of computer.
• Take initiative & legal action according to the management decision.
• Liaison with various Govt. And Non Govt. Organization when necessary
• Legal Documents (To work closely along with the Management Team)
• Handling of emergency legal matter (If occurs).
• Any other job as assigned in time to time by authority.

Experience Requirements

• 3 to 5 year(s)
• The applicants should have experience in the following area (s): Contract, Regulatory, Labor Law, Land
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Power, Garments
• Freshers are also encouraged to apply.

Additional Requirements

• Age 25 to 31 years
• Both males and females are allowed to apply
• Ability to identify and analyze complex issues/ problems relating to legal aspects in management areas and recommend and implement solutions.
• Ability to manage good interpersonal relations and communications with lawyers and support staffs.
• Ability to evaluate and weigh all legal aspects and/ or situation and be able to provide sound solutions with the ultimate aim of protecting the legal rights of the organization.
• Verbal and written communication ability in English & Bangla.
• Computer skills in MS Office and internet browsing handling with Bangla & English typing.
• Must have excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
