Job Responsibilities

• Drafting various agreements, undertakings, board resolutions, Memorandum of Association, notices, replies to notices & regulatory letters and MoUs.
• Legal researching and implementing various agriculture related laws.
• Appearing in litigations and tribunal hearings on behalf of the company.
• Maintaining liaison with the Company`s advocate and maintaining reports on Court activities.
• Maintaining liaison with police and various regulatory authorities.
• Vetting land and other legal documents
• Searching land documents in sub-registry and land offices.
• Providing legal advises.
• Archiving legal documents.
• Policy making and maintaining legal compliances.
• Fluency in both English and Bengali typing.

Educational Requirements

• Bachelor of Law (LLB)
• Preferred Professional Certification: Membership of Bangladesh Bar Council

Experience Requirements

• 3 to 5 year(s)
• The applicants should have experience in the following area (s): Lawyer, Regulatory
• Freshers are also encouraged to apply.

Additional Requirements

• Age 25 to 30 years
